About me.
I work with leadership teams on the strategic and organizational work of AI transformation.
My focus is on helping organizations move from AI activity to strategic clarity, organizational capability, and measurable business value. That means looking beyond tools and pilots, and asking what needs to change in the organization for AI to create real value.
I bring a background in mathematical modeling, applied analytics, biopharma, operational excellence, and capability building. I have built models myself, in complex technical environments — and I have led the organizational side: taking an advanced modeling platform from the bench to routine use across scientist groups, and running strategic initiatives from the office of the CEO.
Across that work, the same lesson kept showing up: advanced tools only create value when organizations know how to learn, adapt, and change around them. That makes AI transformation a leadership, capability, and execution challenge as much as a technical one — clarifying where AI should matter, what kind of capability to build, how work needs to change, and how leadership will create the conditions for adoption, learning, and measurable value.
My work is especially relevant for complex, knowledge-intensive, and often regulated organizations, where data quality, governance, documentation, risk, operational reality, and cross-functional execution matter.
Five years at Alvotech, a fast-scaling Icelandic biopharma company — first as a founding member of a process modeling innovation team within R&D, leading adoption of an advanced hybrid modeling platform across multiple scientist groups. Brought into a small task force reporting directly to the CEO to lead preparation for a successful FDA manufacturing inspection. Subsequently led a portfolio of strategic initiatives from the office of the CEO, including a quality management system improvement program, a learning and development platform, and a major supply, demand, and financial planning software implementation.
Led the establishment of Fruman Biotech Center, a life science and biotechnology hub in Iceland — developed the concept and business case, then managed the establishment: coordinating the partner institutions, the buildout of labs and facilities, and the launch. Fruman brings together research labs, an innovation accelerator, an education program, and an investment fund, in partnership with Alvotech and the University of Iceland.
Developed ball-tracking algorithms in Python and C++ at a company building precision tracking technology used across professional sport, working across radar signal processing, applied physics, and mathematical modeling.
MSc Mathematical Modeling and Computation, Technical University of Denmark. Master's project, in collaboration with Trackman and Adidas, built a predictive model of a football's initial flight conditions from how and where the ball is struck.
